Subscription Plans

AI Porada offers the following plans:

Premium Subscriptions are billed through the Mac App Store. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

Subscription Terms

AI Porada Premium Subscriptions are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferable, not-for-resale use.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current rate and accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel. Your Subscription continues until cancelled by you or until we terminate your access in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Automatic renewal: Once you subscribe, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current Subscription rate. Renewal charges are processed through your Apple ID account. We will continue to process your Subscription fee on each renewal date until you cancel.

Free Trial

AI Porada offers a 7-day free trial for the Premium Subscription. The trial gives you full access to all Premium features at no charge.

If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you will automatically be charged the applicable monthly Subscription fee. You will not receive a separate notification when the trial period ends.

To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. See the Cancellation section below for instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your Subscription disables automatic renewal but you retain access to all Premium features for the remainder of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your Subscription.

Mac App Store

You can cancel a free trial or Subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open System Settings on your Mac
  2. Click your Apple ID at the top
  3. Click Subscriptions
  4. Click AI Porada
  5. Click Cancel Subscription

You alone can manage your Subscriptions. Learn more on Apple's support page.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the Mac App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:

IvorySoft does not directly process or issue refunds for Mac App Store purchases. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change Subscription prices at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
