Subscription Plans
My Baby is Hero offers the following plans:
Premium Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscription Terms
My Baby is Hero Premium Subscriptions are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferable, not-for-resale use.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current rate and accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel. Your Subscription continues until cancelled by you or until we terminate your access in accordance with our Terms of Use.
Automatic renewal: Once you subscribe, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current Subscription rate. Renewal charges are processed through your Apple ID account. We will continue to process your Subscription fee on each renewal date until you cancel.
Cancellation Policy
App Store (iOS)
You can cancel a free trial or Subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap My Baby is Hero
- Tap Cancel Subscription
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or free trial. You alone can manage your Subscriptions. Learn more on Apple's support page.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials for the Premium Subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the applicable Subscription fee. You will not receive a separate notification when the trial period ends.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Or go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions and follow the refund instructions
IvorySoft does not directly process or issue refunds for App Store purchases. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change Subscription prices at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the Subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to a price change, you must cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
